As I entered my 30’s, I started feeling the weight and fatigue in my body that I had never experienced before. I wanted to do something to improve my situation, so I decided to try going to a nearby yoga studio for just one month, mainly out of curiosity about why so many celebrities were hooked on it.
After starting yoga, I began to feel some amazing changes. From the first lesson, I found that my breathing become easier, and I was able to sleep better. My speaking became smoother, my mind felt clearer, and my negative emotion shrank to a manageable level.
In addition, the heaviness in my body gradually disappeared, and after each session, I felt like my mind was less cluttered, maybe due to the meditation effects. I also began to have good ideas and even felt like I was dancing to my favorite music during class, which gave me a great sense of happiness.
Now, I’ve already entered my second month of doing yoga, and I’m hooked. I recommend giving it a try as it may help improve your physical and mental well-being.
